The good solution is to have an excel file with the list of the pages where you link and which link back to you. When you get new link exchange request then copy the URL of the page requesting link (to make sure you are not already link partners) and link of the page where they are goin to place your link and use CTRL + F to search. If you find this URL in your file you know it is a scam.<br><br>There are also another dirty tactics when it come to the link exchange. One of them is placing a link to a page which is not linked from any other website. Another is creating worthless website which is only linkfarm and placing partner's links there.
